Loyal stores loyalty cards. That's it. Here's the whole policy.
Nothing.
In an encrypted database on your device, protected by your device passcode. Loyal has no accounts, no cloud storage, and no sync service. Deleting the app deletes your cards.
Camera frames and imported photos are analysed on your device to find barcodes and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
When you add a card to Apple Wallet, the pass is built on your device. One network request is made - to the pass-signing service - containing only a list of anonymous file checksums (no card name, number, or barcode).
None. Loyal contains no analytics SDKs, no ad networks, and no third-party code that phones home.
Loyal keeps a few counts on your device, and nowhere else: which first-run steps it has reached (for example “first_card_saved” or “camera_blocked”) plus the day it was first opened, and how many times the Loyal Unlimited screen was shown and whether each showing ended in a purchase, a restore, or being closed. No card details and no identifiers. None of it is ever sent automatically. If you send feedback from the app, the list of first-run steps appears at the bottom of your email draft, where you can read it and delete it before sending.
