Nothing here is stored or sent by this page. There is no form handler, no database and no analytics on this site. The button assembles what you typed into a draft in your own mail app, addressed to support@distyll.uk, and nothing leaves your device until you press send.

If your browser cannot open mail, copy your answers into an email to that address instead. Please never include a loyalty card number - I have no use for one and no way to look after it.
